Kate and Teddy plan to film Santa on Christmas Eve. After waiting for him to arrive, the brother and sister sneak into his sleigh and break it in an accident, putting Christmas in jeopardy. Jesper, the worst student in his letter carrier's school, is sent on a mission to a snowy island north of the Arctic Circle.
