I love the color green. It reminds me of all things refreshing and natural. People have been using it as a home color or accent not only for years but for centuries now. However, as pretty as it was, it was also the cause of sickness, especially in the Victorian era. The pretty green wallpapers people had in their homes were actually laced with arsenic, and for decades, they flat-out refused to believe that the pretty walls in their homes, palaces, and nurseries were the problem. Here’s what we know about that deadly green color that decorated that whole period of time.
