Al Pacino will have to pay over $30,000 a month and 6% of his annual income in child support to his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, and her latest child, born last June.

To everyone’s surprise, the 83-year-old actor announced that he was going to be a father for the fourth time last May, when Noor Alfallah was already eight months pregnant.

Alfallah gave birth to a baby boy named Roman on June 6.

According to NBC, Pacino and Alfallah reached an agreement in court for legal custody of their baby boy.

According to the documents, Alfallah gets physical custody of their son with reasonable visitation rights to Pacino, and the latter must pay $30,000 a month in child support, plus up to 6% of the star’s annual income for the mother.

Alfallah and Pacino will also have to consult each other on all important decisions relating to their child’s health, education and well-being.

In addition to little Roman, Pacino is the father of Julie Marie, born in 1989, and twins Anton James and Olivia, born in 2001.
