...have reached an agreement on an amount in the lawsuit against the 64-year-old actor, producers and other cast members.

With this agreement, the filming of the movie can resume (in 2023).

Matthew Hutchins, the late Halyna's spouse, will become the film's executive producer.

"We have reached a settlement, subject to court approval, for our wrongful death case against the producers of Rust"

Director Joel Souza, meanwhile, will reprise his role as well, as he was injured during the sad tragedy.

Rust's "ending" will honor Halyna's legacy, she who would certainly be proud of this turn of events, according to Souza.
