Amazon is leaving Quebec

This is a major news story reported exclusively by Radio-Canada, as the giant Amazon seems to have had enough and is closing its doors to Quebecers.

Indeed, Amazon is reportedly leaving Quebec entirely, according to reports by Thomas Gerbet and David Savoie, information confirmed by several sources, including the online retail giant itself, in the end.

The efforts to unionize certain warehouses are said to be the cause, which Amazon denies, however.

In fact, no less than seven distribution and delivery centers are expected to close their doors in Quebec over the next two months, no less.

The closures of the centers in Laval and Montreal are said to be confirmed.
