An influencer claims to be the mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child

Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old influencer, author, and political commentator known for her conservatism, made this statement on X: «Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause. I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.»

As only a reaction, Elon Musk, the richest man in the world and owner of Tesla, SpaceX, X, and Neuralink, responded to a message from a X user who had shared a screenshot of a tweet from St. Clair dating back to 2020, accusing her of setting up a trap againt Musk.

The billionaire responded to these remarks with a «Whoa».

St. Clair reacted to Musk’s silence with an X message that has now been deleted: «Elon, we have tried to communicate for several days, and you have not responded. […] When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?»

In another post on X, St. Clair claimed that Musk had acknowledged her allegations privately after a phone call “several months ago.”

«Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time», announced Brian Glicklich, a spokesperson for Ashley St. Clair.

«It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially», added Glicklich.

The influencer did not reveal which media outlet was pressuring for information about her and her child, and did not publish any proof of the existence of the child in question.

In an interview with the New York Post, St. Clair explained that her relationship with Musk would have started with private messages sent on X in May 2023. «Musk was very funny. He was smart. He was very down to earth. It started with X interactions, and he slid into my DMs. I think it was a meme», she stated.

She was then invited to the X headquarters in San Francisco, where she met the billionaire. Their relationship then developed until she became pregnant, according to her.

«I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. I could no longer do anything related to my career and everything I used to do. I was told not to talk about it to anyone», added St. Clair.
