Deion Sanders’ former extravagant home is set to undergo a true renaissance. Custom-built in 1999 in Prosper, Texas, as “Prime Time” was wrapping up his tenure with the Dallas Cowboys, the impressive 29,000-square-foot mansion was designed to ensure the NFL legend would want for nothing.

Nicknamed Chateau Montclair, the property features nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, but above all, completely extravagant amenities: a private hair salon, a two-lane bowling alley, an indoor football field, a massive basketball court, a movie theater, a gym, a sauna, and an indoor pool. Previously sold along with its vast grounds for 15 million U.S. dollars, the long-unoccupied residence has now been purchased “as-is” for 4.5 million U.S. dollars by a local couple who hope to restore it to its former glory.
