In the wake of Dolly Parton’s passing, a property closely tied to her history is once again drawing attention. The country music legend’s former retreat, located in Solvang, California, is currently on the market for $1,995,000 (US). Nestled in the heart of this charming town known for its Danish-inspired architecture, the property consists of a small complex featuring a main residence and two separate rental units.

With a total of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and approximately 2,500 square feet, the property most notably preserves a few unique mementos of Dolly’s time there. These include her former “Wig Room,” a plaque commemorating her time there, and a stained-glass window above the entrance featuring her name alongside a butterfly.
