Elvis Presley owned a private jet and it had been sitting in the American desert for 40 years. The jet in question was finally sold for $260,000, according to People.

James E. Webb is now the owner of this jet, he is a great fan of airplanes.

Priscilla Presley, Elvis’s 77-year-old wife, was present when the plane was sold, and it was part of the late singer’ s collection of planes and cars .

The plane has an original interior with a retro and luxurious look of the time, but the exterior of the plane is a bit damaged.

A total of nine people can sit in the plane, which has a small bathroom with a vanity, windows with small curtains, a gold finish and a velvet seat.

The KING purchased this 1962 Lockheed 1329 Jetstar in 1976 and paid approximately $875,000 to acquire it.
