Fyre Festival fraudster comes to Trump’s aid!

Billy McFarland, the Fyre Festival fraudster, helps Donald Trump connect with rappers to increase his appeal to African-American voters.

Billy McFarland has organized meetings with musicians from the hip-hop scene even though the latter is not officially part of Donald Trump’s campaign.

McFarland wants to join a group of supporters who are less not Trump’s usual voters.

A recent Pew Research Center poll shows that 77% of African-American voters support Biden, compared with 18% who favor Trump.

Trump’s campaign relies on hip-hop culture as a possible factor for change.

The Democratic National Committee was quick to condemn the partnership. DNC spokesman Alex Floyd described the collaboration to TMZ as an alliance between two convicted felons.

Floyd also pointed out that the Republican National Convention reflected the chaos of the Fyre Festival.

McFarland’s controversial past is the backdrop for his new political commitment. Fyre Fest, announced in 2017 as a luxury music festival to be held on a private beach in the Bahamas, quickly turned into a disaster due to fraud and mismanagement.

McFarland was subsequently sentenced to prison for multiple counts of fraud. Netflix made a documentary about it!
