The actors nominated for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series are Idris Elba for his role in Hijack, Donald Glover for the series Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Walton Goggins for the series Fallout, Gary Oldman for his role in Slow Horses, Hiroyuki Sanada for the series Shōgun, and Dominic West for his role as Prince Charles in the series The Crown.
Actresses nominated for Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series include Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon for their respective roles in The Morning Show, Carrie Coon for the series The Gilded Age, Maya Erskine for her role in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Anna Sawai for the series Shōgun, and Imelda Staunton for her role as Queen Elizabeth II in the series The Crown.
And, finally, the Best Drama Series category at the 2024 Emmys includes Netflix‘s The Crown and 3 Body Problem, Prime Video‘s Fallout and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Gilded Age on Max, The Morning Show and Slow Horses on Apple TV+ and FX’s Shōgun series.
