Justin Timberlake’s DUI charge is not making Jessica Biel very happy

Justin Timberlake was arrested on the evening of June 17-18 for driving under the influence.

The 43-year-old singer was photographed with prominent attorney Edward Burke Jr. by his side, having just been released on bail.

According to Page Six, Timberlake was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for two traffic violations, running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane.

The arrest reportedly occurred after the former NSYNC band member was dining with friends at theAmerican Hotel in Sag Harbor.

Timberlake reportedly failed a field sobriety test, but refused to take a breathalyzer test.

The arresting officer reportedly didn’t even recognize the singer because of his young age.

Ouch…

The singer probably cried a river!

His court date is scheduled for July 26, but he won’t have to attend the procedural hearing.

While all of this unfolds and the industry is quite in shock, multiple sources are saying that Jessica Biel is not happy with the ordeal, to say the least…
