The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has apologized for the digital manipulation of a family photo.

Since her hospital stay, the Duchess has maintained a high level of discretion, fueling much speculation about her state of health. The photo has intensified the already numerous discussions surrounding the Duchess.
