Pizza mogul mansion sells for $34.4M
Entrepreneur Larry Flax, co-founder of the California Pizza Kitchen restaurant chain, and his wife have successfully sold their Beverly Hills mansion for $34.4 million to a Los Angeles surgeon and dentist. The property includes a main building with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a guest house, two in-ground pools and 2.8 acres of land.
