Tragedy strikes Celine Dion’s family

Sad news has hit the Dion family once again, as a tragic accident involving Céline Dion‘s niece occurred on Thursday evening, reports Le Journal de Montréal.

Brigitte Dion, aged 51, sadly lost her life in a road collision in Saint-Thomas, Lanaudière, in Québec.

The accident involved three vehicles, one of which was travelling in the opposite direction. The reasons remain unknown for the moment, however, and an investigation is underway, as the Journal de Montréal reports.

The daughter of Céline’s brother, Clément Dion, was pronounced dead at the scene.
