Donald Trump says he’s already stopped thinking about Elon Musk, but…
The billionaire's sudden instability

Interviewed by ABC News and CNN, Trump visibly tries to reduce their break-up to the billionaire’s sudden instability, even claiming that he doesn’t think about him at all anymore, despite the humiliation inflicted.
The aftermath

In the aftermath of their public clash on their respective social networks, Trump says he’s already stopped thinking about Musk, and that he has little desire to talk to him.
ABC

When asked by an ABC News reporter if he had a call scheduled with Elon Musk in the near future, Trump countered by saying the billionaire had simply “lost his mind”.
"the man who has lost his mind"

“You mean the man who has lost his mind?”, Trump reportedly answered before asserting that no, he wasn’t at all interested in talking to him, before changing the subject.
"a problem"

On CNN, reporter Dana Bash, who met with the president several hours after the explosive events, reported that he claimed to no longer think of Musk at all, and even described him as someone with a problem: “The poor guy’s got a problem,” he said.
Billions in value evaporated

For now, Trump seems to be faring better than Musk, whose personal fortune, along with that of his companies, has melted by several billion dollars in real time during their public feud.
The shocking allegation

Meanwhile, journalists who managed to obtain statements from Trump were obviously careful to avoid any questions about the accusations made by Musk, including the one involving Jeffrey Epstein. This shocking allegation also has since been deleted from Elon Musk’s Twitter account.
