The co-owner of Trump Burger, a recently opened restaurant in Houston, Texas, displaying strong patriotism towards Donald Trump, finds himself in an ironic situation, to say the least.

He is now facing deportation after being arrested by ICE, as part of the new immigration policies put in place by the Trump administration.
According to several local newspapers, Roland Mehrez Beainy, a 28-year-old man from Lebanon, had been living in the United States since 2019 on a visitor's visa that expired last February.

He was reportedly arrested by ICE in May and has since been engaged in a deportation process.
If he thought the opening of the region's fourth Trump Burger restaurant would keep him safe, Roland Mehrez Beainy was soon disillusioned.

ICE designated him in a statement as an “illegal alien” placed in immigration proceedings for failing to leave the country after his visitor's visa expired.
