Another great challenge has begun for Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, as he begins his medical residency at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal.
“Second day in the books,” said the athlete on Instagram, in the caption of a photo that says it all!
LDT announced in recent weeks that he was focusing on medicine for the summer and not on his status as a free agent in the NFL, as he saw the deadline to begin his residency fast approaching.
The player-doctor could have done his residency elsewhere than in Canada, but chose to do it in Quebec.
