Taylor Swift’s much-anticipated concerts in Vienna, scheduled for next Thursday, Friday and Saturday, have been cancelled following the arrest of two suspected terrorists, accused of planning an attack.

Austrian authorities announced that they wished to take extensive security measures to protect concert-goers at this weekend’s concerts, following confirmation of the arrest of a 19-year-old Austrian man and another man on Wednesday, but Swift’s team ultimately confirmed the cancellation of the concerts.
Taylor Swift’s three concerts, scheduled for August 8-10 at Vienna’s Ernst-Happel-Stadion as part of her Eras Tour, were designated as the main target of the suspected terrorists for the planned attack.
