Rudy Giuliani has been disbarred.

The decision was made by the New York First Division Appellate Department, which foundhis commentserroneous and misleading in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

The move marks the end of his legal career and underscores his baseless accusations of voter fraud while serving as former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney.

In a statement, the court didn’t mince words in claiming that Giuliani had actively contributed to the national discord that followed the 2020 presidential election.
